I just think they couldve held off longer. If selling to the highest corporate bidder was their kickstarter plan then they should tell us that in the pitch instead of acting like this grassroots based savior of pc gaming with their palms wide open. I know you will disagree but this is how I feel, and im not alone.

the only difference is that oculus willingly took thousands of dollars worth of donations only to immediately sell out to the highest bidder who happens to be facebook! Maybe they shouldve pitched their tech to facebook in the first place, then this backlash wouldnt be happening.

Back in the 90s I was lucky to beat a game.
TMNT nes, dick tracy, boogerman, earthworm jim, toejam & earl 1, twisted metal 1 and 2, cool spot, smash tv, killing time, zombies ate my neighbors are all harder and more frustrating than any gen7 or 8 game.
I could go on and on with extremely difficult and frustrating games. Try doing that with gen 7 and 8.

It takes time to make true aaa. Once sony starts pumping those out on top of all these indies, you will have more to choose from than you can imagine. If you cant see that then you should quit gaming.

This sounds like a good time for sony to swoop in and help fund Minecraft VR. A popular game like that would surely help it take off.
Its only natural to back Morpheus if you want vr as strictly a video game enhancement and nothing more. Heres a pro tip for everyone: the more vocal support and eventual sales Morpheus gets, the more dev support it will get. More dev support equals more games. If you always had vr in your imagination as the natural progression of games, then Morpheus is our best shot at making it happen.
Well its a good thing you arent the one making decisions at sony. Without risk there is no reward, and vr, as risky as it is, seems to have a lot of people and companies excited for it. It might not take off, but i sure hope it does. Im optimistic though.

Thats fair, if infamous didnt catch your attention then second son wont. Its the same but way better.
The loyalty isnt really blind considering ms's track record in recent years. A lot of people see ms as anti traditional gaming while sony embraces it.
This has to be one of the fastest price drops ever for game consoles. I guess titanfall didnt absolutely kill it with sales so now desperation kicks in.
Awesome review, and one that mirrors my opinion. This game is just what the doctor ordered.
Sony has a lot of things to pitch for the next year like games for ps3, which believe it or not still makes money for them and will for years to come, vita, ps4, vr, and ps now. It will be a very full show, im going to guess that the entire second half will be ps4 focused though.
